Some tour members even got some hands on experience. Many thanks to Gilles for making his time available.
This was followed by a visit to the Louis Latour winery at Aloxe Corton where Chef de Cave, Boris Champy kindly took us on a visit of this historic winery which was followed by a wonderful tasting of a village and 1er Cru red and white Burgundy.



In the evening we received a talk on the Burgundy region from Burgundy guru, Clive Coates.
