Faiveley are one of the major wineries in this part of Burgundy and their quality of Pinot Noir is first class. Joseph DrouhinIs located in the centre of Beaune and they are the caretakers of ancient cellars, dating back to Roman times. Drouhin represents the best of both worlds as their Pinots and Chardonnays are equally fabulous.
