Tasting NotesDomaine Faiveley
Is based in the village of Nuits St Georges in the heart of the Cotes de Nuits where Pinot Noir is the dominant grape. Faiveley are one of the major wineries in this part of Burgundy and their quality of Pinot Noir is first class. We visit Domaine Faiveley on my Tour of Burgundy and their Pinot tastings are a highlight of the tour.

Tasting Notes Domain Olivier Leflaive
Is located in the heart of Puligny Montrachet and they’re best known for fabulous white burgundies, which is not surprising as they are in the centre of the Chardonnay villages, south of Beaune.
Joseph DrouhinIs located in the centre of Beaune and they are the caretakers of ancient cellars, dating back to Roman times. Drouhin represents the best of both worlds as their Pinots and Chardonnays are equally fabulous.
